Run session: Phoenix Park on Saturday

Phoenix Park run sessions on Saturday mornings from 8:30 – 11:30.

Session Description
Drills and hills, followed by integrated strength intervals of various lengths (trail runners or spikes for the main set highly recommended). Duration of the session is 2 hours. Open to PB3 athletes and any other athlete with ability to run 10k sub 40 min.

A location map for all our sessions can be viewed here. Exact meeting point – it’s after about 450m from the Dublin Duathlon start line (at the first sharp corner)in Winter. And Beside Papal Cross in Summer.

1 Session: €12.50, 12 sessions: €99. Please note payment must be received prior to starting the session. We accept credit or debit card, Paypal(3% charge will apply) or bank transfer – email to pay.
