Sandymount Strand Session Details
Session Description
This session is a technique interval session starting with drills that work on the weakness of the individual for approx. 30 minutes. This is then followed by strides, before going into an interval session that would typically be a bit longer and slower than what you would see at a running club. This session is open for athletes of all levels with serious ambitions to improve in a small environment, ensuring that everyone is given individual attention.

Phoenix Park Session Details
Session Description
Drills and hills, followed by integrated strength intervals of various lengths (trail runners or spikes for the main set highly recommended). Duration of the session is 2 hours. Open to PB3 athletes and any other athlete with ability to run 10k sub 40 min.
